Is it friendship or love? A recent rise in emotions within Scott has left him with sleepless nights and confused thoughts. Because his school life is punctuated with social loneliness and isolation, Scott’s definition of a friend is murky and cloudy with uncertainty. He has only formed close relationships with others his age during recent endeavors at the studio, and thus he is still learning to navigate the twisting bonds of ‘friendship’ when others have already learnt about them when they were children. 

When he hears about the intimacy that is shared between couples and sees the passion that unites bonded lovers, he cannot help but question his feelings.
