Love what you do

Conrad brings a unique perspective and style to every project at MelonVice Studios. While balancing school with modeling, his dedication and creative energy are the embodiment of “the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” I hope that this ideal also shines through in the work that I create for the studio.

The creative process usually starts with finding a piece of inspiration. For example, the above piece is inspired by an artwork of Boyfriend from Friday Night Funkin’. I decide who will feature in the artwork depending on the themes and emotions I want to portray or the ideas and stories I want to tell. The following stage involves Daz3D. It is a lengthy process, involving steps like posing, dressing, lighting and rendering. Finally, I move into post-editing, which I complete in Clip Studio Paint.

The timeline of the entire process can vary in length, but each artwork can take up to one or two weeks to complete.
