On behalf of the team at MelonVice Studios, I would like to wish everyone a fortune-filled year ahead! How did you spend the turn of the new year? River, Kei and Scott spent New Year’s Eve together, although only one of them managed to celebrate the arrival of the new year…

River’s parents encourage him and his siblings to wake up as the sun rises, and while he occasionally has the temptation to sleep in, when the rest of the family is already awake, it’s quite hard to get any peaceful sleep. Similarly, Kei often wakes up before the sun rises due to his strict routine. His afternoons are also filled with after-school tutoring, leaving him little time for sleep or staying up late.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, breakfast is optional for Scott, and it would also not be a surprise if he turned up late to school. However, he often stays up until 3 to 4 am. It’s not a healthy lifestyle, but it is something that he has become accustomed to.
